The purpose of this study was to let us know the user´s vision of the Multidisciplinary Clinics of the Faculty of Dentistry, UNAN-León about the quality of care, its perspective on organizational and structure aspects, with the intention of finding satisfaction and continue leading in dentistry in Nicaragua. The study was transversal Quali-Quantitative, in the period of March-August of the year 2016. The study subjects were chosen based on the criteria: voluntary participation, ease of verbal communication, having been attended during the study period and had fulfilled its appointment program. 43 individuals participated: 12 in focus groups and 31 with structured interviews. Two professor were interviewed to triangulate qualitative information. The qualitative data were processed in the statistical program Nvivo version 11 and quantitative in the SPSS version 21. It is interesting underline that the group studied was very satisfied with the attention given despite the limitations of structure and organization in the clinics; based on its perception of quality of care, in the professional ethics of the student and in the resolution of the dental problem the afflicted it.
