The following study evaluates 100 patients rehabilitated with a crown and a post in the dental clinic of the Universidad Latina 4 years after its placement. The objective of this investigation is to verify if the crown is adjusted in a clinical and radiografical way, and to verify radiografically if the post is placed correctly. Each variable was analyzed separately with a series of variants. The patients were called to come for screening and a periapical radiograph and a clinical screen of the crown was made.
The results showed that a 59% of the posts were placed in a good way versus 41%. 83.16% of the crowns were adjusted versus 16.84% that didn’t.
