Etiological factors related to temporomandibular articulation dysfunction

The aim of the present study was to know the etiological factors related to temporomandibular dysfunction in the journals with the highest impact index. For this, a meta-analysis of the publications made in the last 5 years related to the topic was carried out. A total of 6525 published articles related to temporomandibular dysfunction were found, applying the inclusion criteria 39 articles were found. The articles frequently studied are those that are related to psychosocial factors.
