Unlike other facial fractures, in the treatment of orbital fractures, in addition to the correct union of the bone, the aim is to reconstruct the defect, correct functional deficiencies, restore facial anatomy and restore the normal volume of the orbital content. In this context, a valuable treatment option is the Marlex mesh, composed of monofilament polypropylene fibers that are intertwined to form a strong and durable structure.Downloads
