In this document, it is developed the matter of oral trials within a new Chilean Civil Procedural Law. The approach requests to adjust the efficiency and guarantees. It is specially referred to some linked aspects like the provisional execution of sentences and the appeal. It is concluded with some references according to the role that the ADR should obey.
