According to the WHO, health is defined as "a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of illness or disease". However, in older adults this state is seen more as a dynamic process in which both conditions , health and illness go from one side to the other, more frequently than in younger age groups. In the physical health condition of the elderly, respiratory conditions are very frequent, often even fatal.Downloads
