Model of intercultural dental care for the population of the indigenous territory of Quitirrisí, Costa Rica

This article is an innovative contribution to the design of a model intercultural care reflected in the relationship
between the indigenous world and the social world modern with the objective of providing health services for
cultural equity.
Make an approach to the relationship between the concept of the health care and modern approach, it is
proposed to be consistent with the new policy on health explicitly for indigenous people driven by the Caja
Costarricense de Seguro Social, through a model of intercultural, integrated, family and community care.
