About the Journal

Focus and Scope

Odontología Vital is scholarly peer-reviewed open access journal. The journal aims to disseminate outcomes from research studies, clinical cases and systematic reviews from the dentistry practice. It covers oral health issues related to improving dental standards and promoting a practice based on scientific evidence.

Odontología Vital is aimed to national and international professionals and students in the Dentristy domain. It is also aimed to anyone interested in oral health. It is published semi-annually, since 2004, by the School of Denstristy at Universidad Latina de Costa Rica, Campus San Pedro.
