Clinical simulation in dentistry
Abstract
The aeronautical industry has made the use of flight simulators fashionable, training pilots and astronauts in the operational handling of airplanes and space rockets.
The only way for an airline pilot to renew his flight license is by overcoming the strict requirements that a simulator confronts him with, in order to demonstrate his competence; in the same way, astronauts must demonstrate their ability to operate spacecraft before going into outer space.
