Abstract

The objective of this paper is to document educational experiences of Dentistry. It is based on communicating globally the best practices by Laureate International Universities. It is to serve as a reference to implement the migration of a traditional educational model into an innovative and integrated one into the teaching and learning of Dentistry. It encourages the development of curricula that promote interdisciplinary vision with educational training for adults, based on the development of skills required by the graduate profile. It has the early insertion of student clinical environment, the supporting educational technology, and the use of dental simulators that have supported the educational process for many years. But, now with the evolution of technology, it is available for both, students and teachers /facilitators more sophisticated tools that facilitate, integrate and accelerate the development process of psychomotor skills, which the competences of a dentist require. It is focused on quality accreditation.
