Before submission
The use of AI for writing will be considered plagiarism (understood as AI being the one to draft the article).
Authors will be fully responsible for the comments and opinions expressed in their work, and release Revista Gaudeamus and Universidad Latina de Costa Rica from any liability that may arise from the statements made in the publication.
By submitting a review, the author grants the journal the rights of publication and distribution. Authors are advised to keep a copy of their work for their own records. Authors retain full copyright and publishing rights. Authors grant Universidad Latina de Costa Rica a license to publish and distribute the work under a Licencia de Atribución Creative Commons , which allows others to share the work with recognition of the authorship and the initial publication in Gaudeamus.
Originality: Reviews must be original. Plagiarism detection tools will be used.
Submission and Review Process:
There are two ways to submit your work:

Register on the website.

If you are on a computer, go to the top right corner, click Register, and complete the form.

If you are on a mobile device, open the three-line menu at the top left corner, and at the bottom you will find the Register option.
Once registered, you will see your username in the same section where the Register option was. Click on it and select Dashboard.
Back to New Submission to access the form and submit your work.
Inside the panel, you will also find your profile, which you can customize if you wish.

This option is available only for university students and professors working in collaboration with the journal or in case of any error with the registration.
Evaluation: All articles will undergo single-blind peer review, and authors will be notified of acceptance or rejection within 15 days.
Confidentiality: All reviews will be treated confidentially until publication.
