Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) has emerged as one of the most debated technologies of our time, transforming numerous fields ranging from medicine and engineering to the social sciences. In the legal field, AI has begun to open new possibilities by automating processes, optimizing data management, and providing advanced tools. However, this technological revolution raises fundamental questions about how to integrate these innovations into a legal system traditionally designed to be interpreted and applied by human beings, and whether their use within it is truly feasible.
