Abstract

The article addresses the intersection between feminist, gender, and queer theories, along with the new critical theory of human rights, in an attempt to redefine the approach to individual and collective rights. It argues that gender is a cultural construction rather than a biological category, influenced by state and social power. It analyzes how gender and queer theories challenge established norms, while the critical theory of human rights seeks to denaturalize the traditional conception of rights, proposing a more inclusive and culturally conscious approach. The article highlights the need to integrate these approaches to strengthen the fight for equality and the elimination of discrimination in contemporary society.
