Abstract

This work would analyze the oral system within the procedural practice. For this objective, we initiate from the orality as a communicative way and we present its brief historical evolution. The orality should be considered as the current paradigm within Law’s practice due to the urgency to speed up the Justice’s administration. Legal and doctrinaire sources are consulted on this brief work.
